What Is Advanced Nutrition Training?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

In August of 2023 I graduated from the Nutritarian Educational Institute. As a certified Nutritarian Health Coach I will share with you the science-backed principles that can unleash the body’s miraculous healing capabilities.

INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION PLATE

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

PRIMARY FOODS

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

CROWDING OUT

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

BIO INDIVIDUALITY

The concept of Bio-Individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

DECONSTRUCTING CRAVINGS

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

About Me

Originally, I was born and raised in Lithuania; the beautiful Eastern European country located on the shores of the Baltic sea.

In 2001, my former husband, our three children, and I moved from our organic farm in Lithuania to Cincinnati, Ohio with four suitcases and no English, and started a new life.

At this moment in my life I am in a loving supportive committed relationship. I am a proud mother of three amazing college students. I am a passionate holistic health and wellness coach beyond the plate, licensed massage therapist, public speaker and shamanic priestess.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness coach, I am here to provide you with the sacred space where true physical, emotional and spiritual transformation take place. I support you on your journey reconnect with the wisdom of your body by removing, restoring and repairing it through healthy nutritious Whole Food Plant Based Nutritarian meals, conscious relationships and healthy habits.

I help my clients to outline their intentions, make them a priority and help to eliminate  any “road blocks” along the way.

Why Green Turtle Nutrition

Turtle – the oldest symbol for the Mother Earth in the Native American traditions. Turtle is strong, steady, unshakable and represents wisdom and longevity. He, the one who travels close to the Earth, is intimately connected to the currents of the Mother, Her energies and cycles. Turtle carries his home on his back is a reminder that the greatest journey on this planet is journey within- journey home to ourself. He teaches us patience, protection and self pace. We live in symbiotic relationship with Her. She takes care of us by providing all our basic needs to thrive- shelter, water, oxygen, food and unconditional love. And we take care of Her – by living mindfully and consciously.

We live in a world with lots of distractions from the true wealth and the true treasures.

Intention of ” Green Turtle Nutrition” is to support you on your authentic journey “home”  to yourself, reconnecting with your true self, remembering your true purpose on this planet, and living in the alignment with our Mother Earth and Her cycles through clean eating, empowering relationships , mindful, fulfilling spiritual practices, healthy habits and more.
