Ingredients
- 1 cup organic oat flour
- 1 cup organic whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- pinch organic vanilla bean powder
- 1-1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- more coconut oil for the pan
- 2 Tbsp local honey
- maple syrup
- home made blueberry jam
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients together and mix well
Beat the eggs with honey
add milk, melted coconut oil, mix well
Step 2
combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth
