Ingredients

  • 1/2 can organic coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp organic whole leaf stevia
  • 1/4 tsp organic vanilla bean powder
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salty
  • 3/4 cup organic quinoa ( cooked)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and/ or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Put cooked quinoa into a small pot

Add coconut milk, stevia, vanilla and salt

 

Step 2

Bring it to boil

Simmer until quinoa is heated through

Serve with chopped walnuts and cinnamon
