Ingredients
- 1/2 can organic coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp organic whole leaf stevia
- 1/4 tsp organic vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salty
- 3/4 cup organic quinoa ( cooked)
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and/ or pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Put cooked quinoa into a small pot
Add coconut milk, stevia, vanilla and salt
Step 2
Bring it to boil
Simmer until quinoa is heated through
Serve with chopped walnuts and cinnamon
