Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts, soaked
  • 2/3 cups coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 20 drops stevia vanilla
  • 2 cups shredded coconut flakes, plus more for rolling the balls
  • 32 raw soaked, rinsed and peeled almonds

 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

 Place cashews, coconut butter, coconut oil, honey and stevia vanilla into ” a Vitamix and blend well. ⁃ Transfer to a bowl. ⁃ Add shredded coconut flakes and mix well.

Step 2

 Put mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes ⁃ Roll into a ball and press an almond into the middle of the ball ⁃ Roll the ball in shredded coconut to coat ⁃ Keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving
