Ingredients

CRUST

  • 1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds 1 cup dates
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • FILLING
  • 4 -5 ripe avocados 10 pitted dates
  • 3- 4 Tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 5 Tbsp raw cacao
  • A few drops of Stevia vanilla

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 CRUST

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse it until a little chunkier than corn meal. If the dates are dry, you can add a little bit of water until it sticks together Press into a pie pan.

Step 2 FILLING

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into the pie crust. Decorate with fresh raw pecans and almonds. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
