Ingredients

Salad
  • 2 cups thinly cut organic red cabbage
  • 1 cup organic carrot cut in thin sticks
  • 2 cups spiralized organic zucchini
  • 1 cup organic kale shredded
  • 1 organic red bell pepper cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup organic baby tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup organic parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup organic green onion chopped diagonally
  • 2 Tbsp organic basil minced
  • 1/2 cup of pine nuts or pecans (choppe )

 

Dressing
  • 4 Tbsp organic fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup organic brags liquid aminos (or organic soy sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup organic olive oil
  • 2 organic garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp organic fresh ginger minced
  • 1/2 tsp organic chili pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp organic curry powder
  • 1/2 cup organic macadamia nuts , soaked

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

put all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 min

let it sit for at least an hour

 

 

Step 2

pour over all prepared vegetables and mix well

Step 3

sprinkle pine nuts or pecans before serving
