  • 1 organic green onion
  • 1/2 cup organic cilantro chopped
  • 1 organic avocado
  • 1 tbsp organic cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp organic lemon juice
  • himalayan salt
  • freshly ground organic black pepper
  • toasted organic pumpkin seeds
