Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brazil nuts Soaked
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- 10 Drops Liquid stevia vanilla Or 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 Pinch Himalayan salt
- 2 Whole Bananas Frozen
- 1 Tbsp Spirulina powder
- 2 Tbsp Maca powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg powder
- 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
First blend Brazil nuts, water, liquid stevia and salt in your blender to make the nut milk.
Step 3
Add chia seeds and mix it well on the low gear or by hand until the seeds swell ( about 5 min)
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients except the chia seeds and blend until smooth.
