Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Brazil nuts Soaked
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 10 Drops Liquid stevia vanilla Or 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 2 Whole Bananas Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Spirulina powder
  • 2 Tbsp Maca powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

First blend Brazil nuts, water, liquid stevia and salt in your blender to make the nut milk.

Step 3

 Add chia seeds and mix it well on the low gear or by hand until the seeds swell ( about 5 min) 

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients except the chia seeds and blend until smooth.
