Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup ripe sweet potato, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ Tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ¾ cup nutritional yeast
- 12 ounces brown rice noodles, cooked
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Pour the milk, cashews, garlic, salt, onion powder, turmeric, and nutritional yeast into a high speed blender and blend for a minute or 2 until creamy and smooth.
Step 2
Add in the cooked sweet potatoes and blend for another minute. Pour over prepared noodles, stir well, and serve immediately.
