Ingredients

  • any organic vegetables as desired
  • celery
  • bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • onion
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • any green like beet greens
  • herbs to taste: cilantro, parsley, oregano, etc

 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Brush clean your vegetables and cut them in smaller pieces

Step 3

Strain it. Use your vegetable broth for your soups, stews, or just drink it.

Step 2

Cover with water and bring to boil, then turn the temp down and simmer for 30-40 min

Step 4

Keep in glass container in the refrigerator up to two days.
