Ingredients
- any organic vegetables as desired
- celery
- bell pepper
- zucchini
- onion
- garlic
- carrots
- any green like beet greens
- herbs to taste: cilantro, parsley, oregano, etc

Brush clean your vegetables and cut them in smaller pieces

Strain it. Use your vegetable broth for your soups, stews, or just drink it.

Cover with water and bring to boil, then turn the temp down and simmer for 30-40 min
