Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup organic old fashion oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 1,5 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup any fresh or dried fruit, chopped (bananas, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, raisins)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • sprinkle with ground cinnamon

 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Bring water to boil

Pour oats and bring to boil

Turn down to low and simmer until desired consistency for about 10 min, stir occasionally

Step 3

To serve put into a serving bowl and decorate with fruits, nuts

Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy.

add coconut oil, chia seeds, honey and mix well
